David Capon - Director
David joined the firm in 1974 and has been a principal since 1979. He is responsible for the smooth running of the firm and for ensuring that all Partners and staff work to the highest standards in providing first class client service.
During his years in practice (more than 30) David has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience. His client portfolio includes a number of major companies and professional firms whom he advises on a wide range of commercial issues.
Garth Madden - Director
Garth has been part of Capon Madden since 1977 and has been a principal since 1982. He is responsible for the smooth running of the firm and for ensuring that all Partners and staff work to the highest standards in providing first class client service.
